I further agree that I will be using a e-mail address that does NOT lead to a non-existent email account or a catch all account that will fill up and bounce e-mails. I further understand that I should emails sent to me bounce I accept I will likely have my account deleted and lose any income that I may have earned.

** I know that in order for me to receive my bonus 'join' credits and fully activate my account, I must surf the required number of sites and submit at least one(1) site for approval.
IF I DO NOT fully activate my membership within 14 days I understand that the Administrators will assume I am not interested in remaining with the site and will remove me from the Site without further notice **

I agree to receive a Daily Site Update from the Administrators of the Traffic Exchange as well as emails regarding changes, problems, notifications, responses to my inquiries, acknowledgment of payments and any other information I may need.

I WILL NOT put any Sites That Are Adult Oriented, Pornographic, Illegal OR Objectionable or Non Family Viewable in Nature on the Exchange be it via Surf Site, Hotlink, Banner or in the Downline Builder. If in doubt of the 'acceptability' of a site I will contact the Administrators Prior to submitting it. I also understand that submitting such sites can result in my membership with the traffic site being terminated without warning which will result in the loss of any and all earnings I may have accumulated.

I WILL NOT engage in the practice known as "flooding". Each and every site I add to the hot links, banners and Downline Builder will be sites that I actively promote on the exchange and will contain only my referral ID. I also agree that the administration at their discretion may suspend or terminate my account if I engage in such a practice. I agree not to enter the same site into the Downline Builder more than once through the use of multiple pages/splash pages etc. If I attempt to do this then I understand that my account may be suspended or terminated with out notice.

I know and understand that cheating in any form is absolutely not tolerated.
Cheating methods include but are not limited to the use of surf bots, programs or software of any sort that surfs for me or distributes my site to other exchanges without me being a member, duplicate accounts or IP addresses, and any other form of surfing which does not require me to actively be viewing other members sites.

I WILL make sure that any sites I add to the exchange are fast enough loading to be seen within the timer settings. There is just no point in my listing a site that is slow loading. Further to this I will NOT put up a site that I can not control. Sites with more than one pop up/pop under or other 'frame stopping' or irritating gadgets will be removed without warning and banned from the system.
All sites MUST be at least 90% English
Audio is allowed however it must not stop the surfing.
I understand and accept that these type of sites will be banned immediately and that should I continue to submit such sites my account will be terminated immediately without notice.

Rotator Policy: The exchange will accept all rotators with no limitations as to number of sites contained in it under the following conditions.
- you are responsible for all rotator content
- sites and/or the advertising on your rotator must NOT contain or lead to frame breakers, pornographic/adult sites, casinos, more than one pop up, pop under etc or other offensive websites/material
- If we receive a complaint regarding ANY site on your rotator you will receive a ONE notice to change the site. If we receive a second complaint, your rotator WILL be removed without notice. A third complaint regarding sites you have placed on rotators WILL cause your account to be terminated
I also agree that any sites I place in the rotator will contain only links to my personal referral or business pages and that I will not include any pages linked to other peoples referral pages including any downline(s) I may have. I agree this is not a fair practice and that instead I will suggest to others who may ask me to do this that they promote their sites themselves on this traffic exchange or on others of their choosing. I understand that failure to abide by this policy can result in my account being terminated.

I also understand that the speed of all traffic exchanges can be affected by the number of sites in the database. Should my account show a negative balance and/or no activity for a period of 60 days, the administrators will assume I have abandoned my account and remove it keep the active members surfing at the best possible speed.

Active member means a member who has at least one site in the Hits 2 Go surf rotation,has logged in within the last 60 days in any given period and has surfed a minimum of 50 sites.

I agree that I will ONLY e-mail my direct referrals once per week and that I will NOT send material that may be offensive to them. I will cease sending e-mails to anyone in my Downline who requests not to receive them either by contacting me or the Administration. If I continue to send them I understand that I will lose this privilege and may have my account either suspended or terminated.
"Any advertising (or suspected advertising) of your referral url using spam will result in your membership being removed without notice. This includes the practice known as "spamvertising". Spamvertising the act of sending out spam to advertise your sites and/or your members referral url regarless of WHERE you send it from". Spamming Is Illegal And Will Not Be Tolerated - PERIOD.

Site Specific Terms And Conditions

Hits-2-Go Pays Back Program:

The Hits-2-Go Pays Back Program pays members for surfing and referring. To qualify a member must be considered active under the following terms:
a)Must have at least one site in active rotation
b)Must have sured the required number of sites to fully activate your account. c)Must log in at least once every seven (7)days and surf a minimum of fifty(50)sites
Failure to log in and surf at least once every seven(7)days will result in the loss of any/all accumulated earnings

Surfing:
All members who meet the conditions above will be paid for surfing on the following basis:
Free - $0.00001 per site surfed
Gold - $0.0002 per site surfed
Platinum - $0.0003 per site surfed

Referring:
All members who meet the conditions above will be paid for referring on the following basis:
A one time payment of:
$0.25 for each active Free member referred $0.50 more if they upgrade to Gold $1.00 more if they upgrade to Platinum In addition upgraded members will receive the following monthly payments:
Gold members 5% of their first levels accumulated monthly earnings
Platinum members 10% of their first levels accumulated monthly earnings
(Added to your account at the end of each month)

When the accumulated amount in their account reaches $5.00 members may request a payout by submitting a payout request via the button found under the "Cash Earnings" section on the members page.
Payments are made once per day from Monday to Friday after the processing of the previous days referrals and surfing totals. Once this is complete payments will be sent out beginning at approx. 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time.
